Drug Instruction
Naprosyn is prescribed for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, juvenile arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendonitis and bursitis, as well as acute podagra. It is also predetermined in the relief of moderate to mild pain, as well as for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Intake Instructions
Naprosyn has a shape of a comm tablet, an extended-release medicine, as well as a liquid which should be taken by mouth. Drug Category and Mechanism
Naproxen represents a class of drugs named non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Other members of this category involve ibuprofen (Motrin), indomethacin (Indocin), nabumetone (Relafen) and a sufficient numbers of others. The mentioned drugs are prescribed for the control of mild to moderate pain, an abnormally high body temperature, as well as the state of being inflamed. Missed Dose
Should you miss a dose of this medicine please take it asap. If you find you have missed the previous dosage when it is almost time for your next dose, you should better skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Taking double or extra doses at once is not recommended. If more than one dose is missed, please contact your attending medical doctor or health care provider.
Storage
Please make sure to store Naprosyn suspension at room temperature; entirely stay away from exceeding the permitted extents heat, above 40 degrees C (104 degrees F). Distribute in container steadfast to light. The container where the medicine is stored should be tightly closed. It should be also strictly protected from moisture, heat and light.
Safety Precautions
Before starting the treatment with this medication, please inform your health care provider if you have an allergic reactions to aspirin or any other NSAIDs,
You have an ulcer or haemorrhage in your stomach,
Exceed in drinking more than 3 alcoholic beverages a day,
have liver illness, have kidney problems, a curdling (bleeding) disorder, have stagnant heart failure, have fluid conservation, have heart problems, or high blood pressure.

Naprosyn is in the Food and Drug Administration pregnancy category B. This means that it should not bring damage to the fetus. Please note that Naprosyn should not be taken late in pregnancy (the third trimester) as an alike drug is explored to affect the baby's heart. Please note that there are liable to occur side effects other than those which were provided above. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.
