If you take Sublingual Viagra along with any nitrate medicine, blood pressure can be decreased seriously. Therefore, inform your physician in case you are having:
- a blood thinner like warfarin (Coumadin);
- bosentan (Tracleer);
- an antibiotic like erythromycin (Ery-Tab, E-Mycin, Eryc) or clarithromycin (Biaxin);
- cimetidine (Tagamet, Tagamet HB);
- HIV medicines like amprenavir (Agenerase), darunavir (Prezista), tipranavir (Aptivus), efavirenz (Sustiva), indinavir (Crixivan), nevirapine (Viramune), lopinavir/ritonavir (Kaletra), saquinavir (Invirase, Fortovase), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), ritonavir (Norvir), nelfinavir (Viracept); or atazanavir (Reyataz),
- prazosin (Minipress), doxazosin (Cardura), Terazosin (Hytrin);
- an antifungal medication like ketoconazole (Nizoral) or itraconazole (Sporanox);
- rifabutin (Mycobutin) or rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane) or
- phenobarbital (Luminal), carbamazepine (Tegretol), or phenytoin (Dilantin);
Inform your doctor in case you are having any over-the-counter and prescription drugs. These drugs can be like vitamins, herbal products, minerals, plus drugs approved by some other doctors.
Sublingual Viagra should be avoided in case you are having severe heart problems. You should also use it carefully in case you had a recent stroke or heart attack.

Common Side Effects
