Missed Dose

Warnings Precautions
You must not take Duetact on condition that:
you have allergies to any of its ingredients;
you have type 1 diabetes;

if you have had a serious allergic reaction to any other sulfonamide medicine;

if you have a high fever, infection, diarrhea;
if you have or have had high levels of blood acid , or have had a severe injury;
if you have swelling problems or some problems with eyes;
if you are going to have surgery.
There are some medications interacting with Desyrel . Inform your health care provider in case you are currently taking any other medicines, especially the following ones:
ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) inhibitors, phenylbutazone, probenecid, quinolone antibiotics salicylates, sulfonamides azole antifungals, chloramphenicol, clofibrate, fenfluramine, insulin, metformin, MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) because the danger of low blood sugar may highten.
Blockers of calcium channel, isoniazid, niacin, phenothiazines, phenytoin, corticosteroids, decongestants, diazoxide, diuretics, estrogens, hormonal contraceptives, rifamycins, sympathomimetics, thyroid supplements - they can lower effectiveness of Duetact. This may result in high blood sugar.
Bosentan because of possibility of liver problems may occur.
Beta-blockers because the danger of low blood sugar may highten. They may also make certain signs of blood sugar changes more difficult to notify.
