Drug Uses
Inhalatuon with Entocort prevents attacks of asthma. It prevents but not treats an attack of asthma that has started.
How Taken
Take the medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Using a special device for inhalation you can inhale Entocort into your lungs. Act in accordance with your doctor’s advice concerning taking Entocort . Read a special leaflet of for oatients attentively.
Breath out when the dosage is loaded.
Mouthpiece should be put between your lips. Then you have to breathe in intensely and quickly. Keep a breath for ten so that it could reach your lungs. Then slowly breathe out.

Missed Dose
If you omit a dose of Entocort, take it immediately. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up. Then go back to your usual schedule.
Storage

Warnings Precautions
You must not take Entocort in case:

You are not adviced to drive, operate machinery, or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how you react to Entocort.
Using Entocort alone or with some other medicines, or with alcohol may lessen your ability to drive or to perform other potentially dangerous tasks.
Before you have any medical or dental treatments, emergency care, or surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are using this medicine.
Sometimes the drug decreases your bodycapacity to resist infections. You should be carefull and try not to contact people with infections. Inform your doctor in case you feel rash, fever, chills or sore throat.
You are forbidden to receive a live vaccine during Entocort therapy. Before receiving some vaccine consult with.
Entocort is able to influence levels of blood sugar.
Laboratory tests may be made when you take Entocort. Such tests (eg., adrenal function assessment) help to control your health condition and check side effects. You should not avoid all laboratory and doctor appointments.
This medicine must not be taken during pregnancy because it may cause harm to human fetus. On condition you suspect you are pregnant, contact your doctor immediately. You should discuss all benefits and risks of taking Entocort during your pregnancy. It is known that Entocort passes into human breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Stop breast-feeding while using Entocort.
Possible Side Effects
Contact your doctor if any of these side effects take place:
trouble sleeping; vomiting; pain in back; headache; indigestion; nausea; nervousness; pain in stomach; changes in menstrual cycle; dizziness; gas; tiredness.
Ask for medical attention immediately in case any of these serious side effects take place:
serious allergic reactions (chest tightness; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; rash; hives; difficulty breathing)
headache; rapid weight gain; vision problems; acne; mood changes; pain in chest; confusion; ankles swelling; bruising.

Entocort should be taken only by those patients for whom it is prescribed. You should not give it to others.
