The roots of Shatavari or Asparagus racemosus have galactagogue, antispasmodic, appetizer, cooling, tonic and aphrodisiac properties.
How Taken
1 capsule twice a day before meals.
Drug Class and Mechanism
Asparagus is an herb that regulates hormonal secretion. Shatavari acts as a galactagogue and is useful in lactation failure - it promotes lactation.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Shatavari and you are using it regularly, use it as soon as possible. Do not use 2 doses at once.
Storage
Store at the room temperature away from moisture and sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
